Uche Ogah files stay of execution of Appeal Court judgement.
Uche Ogah has successfully filed a notice of appeal to the Supreme Court against the Appeal Court judgement of yesterday which nullified his certificate of return and returned Gov Ikpeazu as the duly elected gov of Abia state.
Dr Ogah equally
filed a stay of execution of the Appeal Court judgement which nullified
the judgement of Justice Okon Abang that sacked the Abia governor on
July 7, 2016.
APGA Interacvite Forum also gathered that the notice of appeal and stay of execution motion have been served on Gov Ikpeazu and his lawyers this evening.
